For Families

Parenting support for families – you don't have to navigate it on your own

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, worried about your child, or needing space to think things through, we offer calm, confidential support that meets you where you are.

What we help with

The everyday moments – and the bigger worries.

Most families come to our parent coaching service because something has been hard for a while – not because they're in crisis. They want to think it through with someone who really knows children and family life, and walk away with practical, evidence-informed strategies.

01

Behaviour & big feelings

Big feelings, emotional overwhelm and family conflict – the moments that leave everyone exhausted and unsure what to do next.

02

Sleep, bedtime & mornings

The hardest parts of the day. Working out what's really getting in the way and what might help things feel calmer.

03

Transitions & change

Starting school, new sibling, separation,  moving home and supporting your child through the changes that come with it.

04

Anxiety & low mood

Worry, anxiety and low mood – and supporting a child whose feelings sometimes feel hard to manage.

05

Neurodivergence

Autism, ADHD and sensory needs – support that recognises difference and helps you respond in ways that work for your child.

06

Sibling & family dynamics

Sibling rivalry, blended families, and co-parenting finding ways for family life to feel more manageable for everyone.

More than just advice

Parenting support that actually listens – properly

Most parents who come to us have already tried different approaches or looked for answers. What’s often missing is the space to think things through with someone who understands both children and family life.

Our sessions offer that space, helping you make sense of what’s happening and find practical ways forward that fit your situation.
