Trauma Informed Practice in Family Work
Focuses on understanding how early experiences can impact behaviour and relationships, and how to respond in ways that feel safe, consistent and supportive for both children and parents.

Supporting Parental Wellbeing
Practical strategies to support parental wellbeing in the context of everyday family life. Focuses on helping parents manage stress, build confidence, and develop more sustainable ways of coping, so they feel better equipped to support both themselves and their children.

De-escalation & emotional regulation
Practical, embodied skills for managing distress in children and young people – and managing your own response in the moment.

Working with adoptive & kinship families
Specialist training for practitioners supporting adoptive, kinship and foster families – and the specific dynamics involved.
