1-to-1 Parent Support

Confidential 1-to-1 support for parents who need space, clarity and practical guidance.

Our work is collaborative, reflective and practical. We help you make sense of what’s happening – and work out, together, what might help things feel calmer and more manageable.

Mother And Daughter

who we work with

For parents and carers of children aged 0–18.

We work with mums, dads, foster carers, adoptive parents, kinship carers, step-parents and co-parents. Our sessions are non-judgemental and confidential. You don’t need a diagnosis or a referral – just a sense that you could use some space to think things through and some practical guidance.

If your child has additional needs, is neurodivergent, has experienced early adversity, or is going through something specific, we can support you in making sense of what’s happening and finding a way forward.

what's included

What's included in our 1-to-1 parent support – shaped around your family

01

Initial deep-dive session

A longer first session to understand what’s happening at home, your child, your family history, and what you’ve already tried.

02

A clear understanding

We help you make sense of what’s happening and what might be contributing to it.

03

Tailored strategies

Practical things to try in real life – not generic parenting advice. We adapt things as we go, based on what works for you and your child.

04

Follow-up between sessions

Short check-ins by email or message between sessions, so you’re not left to figure things out on your own in the difficult moments.

05

Reflective space

Time to think about yourself as a parent – your own triggers, your own story – without judgement.

06

Further support if needed

If you need something we don’t offer, we’ll help you find it and connect you with trusted specialists.
