who we work with
For any parent or carer of a child aged 0–18.
We work with mums, dads, foster carers, adoptive parents, kinship carers, step-parents and co-parents. Our sessions are non-judgemental and confidential. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral – just a sense that you could use some thinking space and some practical guidance.

If your child has additional needs, is neurodivergent, has experienced early adversity, or is going through something specific, we have the experience to support you in understanding what’s going on and finding a way forward.

what's included
What's included in our 1-to-1 parent coaching – shaped around your family
01
Initial deep-dive session
A longer first parent coaching session to really understand what's happening at home, your child, your family history, and what you've already tried.
02
A clear understanding
We help you build a clearer understanding of what’s happening and what might be contributing to it.
03
Tailored strategies
Specific, practical things to try in real life – not generic parenting advice. Your parent coach adapts the strategies as we learn what works for you and your child.
04
Follow-up between sessions
Short check-ins by email or message between parent coaching sessions so you're not left to figure it out alone in the difficult moment.
05
Reflective space
Time to think about yourself as a parent – your own triggers, your own story – without judgement.
06
Further support if needed
If you need something we don't offer, we'll help you find it. We have a strong network of trusted specialists.
